Fastest way to travel from Krabi to Langkawi

I checked that there are some previous answers from 2007 that recommend to go via Satun....
I would need some help to know y which is the FASTEST way to get to Langkawi from Krabi at the moment?
I was thinking in taking a Van from Krabi to Hat Yai, then the fast train (1 hour trip) to Arau and take the ferry from Kuala Perlis, is this the fastest way? is there any other option?  thanks
