I just received your book and I am super impressed with how elaborated everything is. Pictures, tips, etc. 4 days aint gonna be enough while i'm there next week, but with your book as my guide, i'll try my very best to make everything counts! Thank you so much!! "Homework" starts today!
Fairuza Iman, Singapore

We are really looking forward to visit Krabi, and I think it will be most enjoyable, and especially with your book to guide us.
RM Oyrehagen, Norway

I have received the guidebook, and it is very comprehensive. It should be very valuable as a tool to plan our family holiday in Dec this year [2011], as well as guide us when we are there.
K Loh, Malaysia

We have just received our copy of "Your Krabi". We have a lot of travel guides from various destinations, but "Your Krabi" is probably the most infomative and inspiring travel guide I have ever read. I look forward to our planned trip to Krabi in January 2012.
Jan Jensen, Denmark

The guidebook arrived two days ago. And what an excellent book it is. Thank you very much.
Leenhert Stil, Denmark

I enjoyed your book very much. Amazing good work and most certain the best Krabi book I have read.
Lar Erik Larsen, Norway

Congratulations on the wonderful Your Krabi guide you have authored. It does give us a much better idea of the whole area in and around Krabi.
Bernie Francis, Australia

"I write to thank you for all of your efforts in the guidebook. It arrived in good shape in Ipswich (Boston). I have read it cover to cover and enjoyed every page. Your hard work is appreciated. "
Dr. Ian Hardy, USA

"Your service is wonderful, thank you, I have only had time to flick through the guidebook, but from what I have seen it looks 1st rate well written & informative, if only all guidebooks were as good as yours."
Graham Lillywhite, UK

"We just returned from our trip to Thailand. Your book on Krabi was very informative and very helpful to us. Thank you again"
Joe Fuhrman, USA

"I have recieved your guide today, which is fantastic and so informative!! I'd like to buy [another one] as it will make a perfect gift for my friend who is also holidaying in Krabi this December."
Philip Hale, UK

"I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the guidebook. It's full of useful facts and opinions and it has really helped me in deciding where I want to stay and what to see when I visit in September."
Shane Brown, Australia

"Thank you for your Guide Book received safely today Tuesday 29 Jan. An excellent read very informative. Looking forward to our visit."
Malcolm Hamilton, UK

"I received your guidebook yesterday and read quite a lot of it last night. I have to say that I found it to be a very well written and most interesting book, full of very practical information and viewpoints. I do not usually find so much useful information in a guidebook. I organise large conferences around the world for my international firm and strive to give my delegates as much information as possible, so I appreciate the amount of detail that you have included in the book."
Sarah Skeels-Smith, UK

"Am just letting you know that the book arrived today, thank you. It looks very comprehensive & makes a welcome change from the more bland descriptions in the Lonely Planet & Rough Guides that I have."
Zelda Tolley, UK

"Just to let you know how impressed I am with the Krabi guidebook. There's so much useful information that I feel I know Krabi well already."
K. Tong, UK

"Don’t buy Seema Prabhu’s guide book if you’re not planning to spend more than two days in Krabi. She didn’t write it for you. Your Krabi is not just another ‘Lonely Planet’ or ‘Guide du routard’. To start with it’s got much more pictures – at least three for each place. So you really know what you’re in for before you start booking your hotels. So you have something to take back with you when you leave. Your Krabi is also different because it’s written by a foreigner –who knows what a tourist likes – but one who lives there. That’s how she can guide you safely off the beaten tracks, because no guidebook writer zooming through in two weeks – as they do – could possibly do that. Of course, if you just want to pick your beach and island, you can do that as well. But if you want to explore southern Thailand, get a taste of Thai food without too much damage, in short ‘experience a different community and way of life, not only get a sun tan’, as Prabhu puts it, then is the guide you need."
Angeline Benoit, Economy & Finance Editor, 20 minutes (France).

"I recieved the guidebook today. Thank you very much, it is fantastic, so full of information and pictures. It's perfect for our honeymoon trip to Krabi and Koh Lanta in May."
Jasmine W, Germany

"Just received the guidebook in our grey, dreary flooded Irish town. It looks fantastic, congratulations to you and your team. Good size too."
Jacqui St.John-Jones, Ireland

I have read and own several books about Thailand and especially the south part, but this one is the best! You can see it's written by a local. And so many nice photos. You have for sure made a great job!
Gun-Marie Svärd, Sweden

"Great, now I don't have to lug around the Lonely Planet!"
Maeve, Ireland

This review appeared in The Nation newspaper, Thailand's English language daily, on Saturday 17 March 2007:

Review of the Your Krabi guidebook in The NationNew guide to the No 1 destination
Now that Krabi has become the Kingdom's fastest growing holiday destination, the publication of the first guidebook in English devoted to the southern province is well-timed.
The lavishly illustrated "Your Krabi" does more than prove why Krabi is easily one of the Kingdom's most photogenic provinces.
The book covers a lot of ground in easy-to-digest, fully cross-referenced chapters, showing that there is a surprising amount to do and see - beyond the beaches in particular.
Written by Seema Prabhu, a Krabi resident and editor of the local tourist magazine, Flyer, the guide presents every aspect of the province so that readers can choose for themselves which areas, attractions and activities would be suitable for their needs and interests.
The book guides readers to where the Hollywood crowd hangs out, along routes through the provinces lush interior and through menus of southern street food.
"Your Krabi" is available at most bookshops in Krabi and Phuket and online at www.yourkrabi.com for Bt390
