Please read the following information carefully. You will not be able to process your hotel reservation until you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

 

When making a booking you must be aged 18 years or over and have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party these terms and conditions. All correspondence and documents will be sent to you, the party leader. You are also responsible to us for all payments in respect of the booking.

When you wish to confirm a booking you must pay in full. Payment can be made online with VISA or Mastercard through the THAIEPAY secure payment gateway, or via international bank transfer. Payment is made first to YourKrabi.com's online account with THAIEPAY (the name that will appear on your credit card statement) and is then transferred directly to the hotel.

 
 

Once the payment for your booking has been cleared, we will send you a confirmation voucher by email. A confirmation voucher is the hotel's acceptance of your booking (as detailed therein), and a contract is made between you and the hotel upon its delivery.

We would ask you to check the details on the voucher: any anomaly should be reported to us immediately, otherwise the details shown on it will be presumed to be correct. Verbal quotations prior to the confirmation voucher being issued are not considered binding.

Please print a copy of your confirmation voucher to present to the hotel when you check-in.

 
 

Once your booking has been confirmed, you can only cancel in accordance with the particular hotel's terms and conditions, which may impose cancellation fees. You will also be subject to a cancellation charge from YourKrabi.com to cover our administration costs.

Any changes to or cancellation of your booking should be made as soon as possible in writing (email, fax or letter), including your registered email address and voucher reference number.

Your request will then be passed on to the hotel for processing. While we agree to mediate in all correspondence between you and the hotel, we do not take responsibility for any money owing to you by any hotel. Any funds recovered on your behalf by us will be charged back to your credit card, minus an administration fee. Please read the hotel's cancellation policy attached with your booking voucher for further information.

 
 

You are responsible to the hotel for any items not listed on your confirmation voucher (e.g. excursions, bar bills etc.) and agree to pay locally for items or services used by your party which are not included in your hotel room price.

 
 

We have taken all care to ensure published information and hotel prices are accurate. If there is anything further you would like to know about the hotels that is not published on this site, we invite you to contact us: .

Incidental information (e.g. relating to local events, transport schedules or markets etc) is offered in good faith and we ask that if this is important to you, you check details independently.

General and unlabelled pictures are understood to illustrate an aspect of the Krabi region and not to have any specific connection with any accommodation featured on the same or other pages.

Labelled photographs of the individual hotels represent standard rooms in their category. Minor aesthetic details and decoration may differ from the photograph.

 
 

YourKrabi.com acts as an authorised booking agent for third party suppliers, i.e. the hotels we feature on this site. We are therefore only liable for losses arising directly from any negligence in processing your booking. We may also be liable if we can be shown to have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law.

YourKrabi.com cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors made by the hotels themselves before or during your stay, or any kind of loss or damage occurring as a result of a booking made through this website.

Although not legally obliged, we do undertake, however, to give reasonable assistance towards resolving any disputes you may have with a hotel subsequent to the issuing of your confirmation voucher.

 
 

When you book a room through us, we are accepting an offer for the room on behalf of the hotel. Once the hotel has agreed to your offer and we send you a confirmation voucher, a contract for services booked is made between you and the hotel service provider. This is subject to the specific terms of business of the hotel service provider. YourKrabi.com is not party to this contract. Please make sure that you have read the hotel service provider's cancellation policy (attached with your booking voucher) before completing your transaction with us.

 
 

All hotels require that you undertake to exercise due and reasonable care in respect of your accommodation and its contents, to leave it in a clean and complete condition, to respect local and on-site regulations and by-laws and to limit party numbers to those on your confirmation voucher. You also agree to indemnify the hotel against all loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act, fault or omission of your party. Any serious abuse of a property or its contents may render you liable to eviction without compensation.

 
 

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance before embarking on your holiday to Thailand.
