We are sure you have questions for us! That’s why we have compiled a list of answers to the questions we get asked most often. Please take the time to read through these before you send an enquiry. Many times your query will be addressed there. If it is, you likely won’t receive a reply if you send a repeat question through the contact form. This also goes for questions that are easily answered by a Google search, Google maps, or by an existing article on our site (use the search box above).
Unfortunately, we are also not able to help you plan your itinerary (there is plenty of advice on our site you can use), or predict the weather for a specific day, week or month either (read the when to visit section for more on this).
If after all that (thank you for bearing with us!), you do have a question that we haven’t answered, or you are experiencing a technical problem with the website, please feel free to contact us via the form below. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours, Monday – Saturday, usually less.

We offer phone support to all customers following booking confirmation only (no pre-sales phone support).
WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE?
Our office is located at our home – 58/4 Moo 2, Ao Nang Village. However, it is not open to the public (i.e. it is not a shopfront). We offer online sales only and cannot accommodate walk-in customers.
Please note: we will close for a few months during low season, starting 30 April 2017. We are therefore not able to answer queries about travel (or make bookings) after May.
