Topic: One-Two-Go resumes flights to Krabi

One Two Go, whose flight 269 crashed at Phuket Airport in September 2007, killing 90 passengers and crew and injuring 41 others, has apparently recovered from the damage to its reputation caused by the tragedy, and will now be expanding its services for the coming tourist high season.

One-Two-Go operated by Orient Thai Airlines (its full name following the removal of its airline license by the Department of Civil Aviation) intends to double its capacity to pre-crash levels, re-introducing the Bangkok - Krabi route, as well as adding flights to existing services to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.

The schedule for this winter is yet to be announced; however as One-Two-Go operates out of Bangkok's Don Muang Airport, this will provide a new destination for Krabi travellers - currently the only Bangkok airport served by Krabi flights is Suvarnabhumi International.
