Whether you need advice on where to stay, help with juggling or prioritising a packed schedule, or recommendations on the best tours for your budget, use our unbiased expert local knowledge to ensure your holiday goes smoothly. We’ll also share travel tips and practical information for any special needs.
Once you are happy with the itinerary, we will make all the arrangements for you, or provide direct contact details for outside services who will do the same (for services we cannot provide ourselves).
How does it work?
Once you have paid the consultancy fee of THB 500, you will be sent a link to a form where you can provide us with the details of your trip (the dates and days of travel) and your ideas / goals. We will then help you to plan an itinerary within your budget and specific requirements. The fee is non-refundable*, but for any services booked directly with us following consultation, the fee will be deducted in full from the amount due.
*The fee *will* be refunded in cases where we are met with a request we are unable to help with. For example, we do not do wedding planning, or work with any companies that do.
Why do I have to pay upfront?
We have recently decided to make our consultancy service payable due to large volumes of email. At the same time, we have increased the amount of information available publicly on our website, so those with the time to browse can find a lot of detailed info required to plan any trip, absolutely free on the site.
So the fee is designed for those who don’t have the time or inclination to research themselves, or who require more personalised assistance. It also helps us manage our resources: this way, we can dedicate time to serious customers, instead of spreading ourselves thinly trying to help everyone. Your trust in us is appreciated and so the fee is redeemable in full against any services booked with us following consultation.
Why don’t you have a number I can call for advice?
We prefer to correspond by email. This is again a question of limited resources (we are a small team, often out and about, and get a LOT of enquiries), but also as a company policy: we find written correspondence to be much clearer, and helps to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding prior to booking. You will also feel more secure with a written record of your requests, the consultation, and arrangements made. We do offer on-site phone support to all customers, however.
Where is your office? Can I come and see you for advice / booking when I arrive in Krabi?
No, sorry. We offer online sales and support only and do not have an office that is open to the public. We are a family business and work from a small office on our property at home in Ao Nang village.
